Curio Asia is the creative production house behind Kokoro No Tomo, the first ever Japan-related TV Program aired on Indonesian national television in 2012. It was originally a fun project borne from the passion of our founders, who had lived (studying and working) in Japan and wanted to share their insights on Japanese values and culture, as well as the survival and success stories of fellow Indonesians living in Japan. Kokoro No Tomo was meant to inspire and viewers through its positivity, as well as entertain them with Japan’s beautiful attractions.
Kokoro No Tomo has gained a loyal audience over 7 seasons, and is still being broadcast. The program is a highly effective media platform for Japanese products/services, and is currently supported by the Japanese Government. It’s also sponsored by established Japanese companies such as Mitsubishi Motors, Unicharm, Pocari Sweat, Sharp Electronics, and many more.
